  • Md. Aminul Hoque Siddiqe is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at BGC Trust University Bangladesh. He earned his LLB (Hons.) and LLM degrees from the Department of Law, University of Chittagong. As a member of the Chittagong District Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association, he brings a wealth of practical legal experience to his academic role. His research interests encompass Human Rights, Constitutional Law, Personal Law, Criminal Law, laws pertaining to crimes against Humanity, and Cyber Law. Particularly passionate about economic, social, and political rights, he also focuses on researching humanitarian and refugee laws, exploring their challenges, prospects, and initiatives linking them with Human Rights.
