Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, University of Chittagong.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) , University of Chittagong.
Syeda Sunjeeda Showkat has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the BGC Trust University Bangladesh. Syeda Sunjeeda Showkat has had her B.B.A in Management and M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from University of Chittagong. She completed her M.Phil degree from University of Chittagong on Organizational Commitment and Job Performance. Fundamentally, her research interest is on Job performance, Sustainable Development, Attitude survey, Waste Management, Organizational Commitment and so on. With the help of research she intends to find out the current practices and also future steps for making a better contribution to academic arena. She is also interested in learning about innovative ways of problem solving through business activities.
She has published 3 peer-reviewed papers in the above research areas. One of the research works been accepted for public university journal and some are under progress. She has also presented papers in national and international conferences with satisfactory appreciation from moderators. She supervised many internship students in B.B.A. program and thesis students in M.B.A. program as well. She has been mentioned in 128 papers of Academia.edu. Along with academic activities she arranged some events on business students’ innovative idea sharing on business.
