Rehana Akther has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Business Administration in BGC Trust University Bangladesh. She completed BBA at the Department of Management Studies in the University of Chittagong. She also completed MBA from the same department with a major in Human Resource Management at University of Chittagong. In her professional life, she has participated in different seminars and workshops related to research work and higher education. She has published her research work in prestigious journals. Her areas of interest in research include woman empowerment, consumer expectation and perception, entrepreneurship development and human resource management.
