  • Rozina Akter has been working as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, BGC Trust University Bangladesh. She completed her MBA (major in HRM) and BBA  from Department of Management ,University of Chittagong. She is currently pursuing her M. Phil Degree from department of Accounting, University of Chittagong. She has numbers of research publications in reputed journals and she attended in many seminars, workshops and conferences.
